FREDERICTON (GNB) – The start date for spring weight restrictions for truck traffic in southern New Brunswick has been delayed by one week due to an extended forecast of cold weather.
These restrictions will now come into effect at midnight on Sunday, March 9, and will continue until midnight on Sunday, May 11.

Should weather conditions warrant, district engineers are authorized to close roads to trucks or impose weight restrictions on highways or portions of highways at any time.
