FREDERICTON (GNB) – Blowing and drifting snow are causing poor visibility conditions across the southeastern region of New Brunswick. As a result, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is advising motorists to stay off the roads.

Crews are out in full force, but snow clearing is being delayed by vehicles stranded on a number of roads and on exit/access ramps.

Snow clearing priority will be given to arterial and collector roads. It is expected that many secondary roads will not be cleared today.
