FREDERICTON (GNB) – The Commission on Electoral Reform will host a town hall meeting to provide New Brunswickers the opportunity to present their thoughts and suggestions on electoral reform.

The meeting will take place on Monday, Jan. 23, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Pointe Sainte-Anne Room of the Fredericton Convention Centre, 670 Queen St.

The commission has been meeting with stakeholders and subject-matter experts since the beginning of January. The town hall meeting will give New Brunswickers the chance to express their thoughts to the commission members in a public forum.

Individuals and groups have had the opportunity to provide written submissions to the commission by email since July of 2016. This will still be available until Jan. 31.
