Pharmacy providers wishing to submit claims to the New Brunswick Drug Plans must be registered as a participating provider. Providers are required to complete the New Brunswick Drug Plans Participating Provider Agreement. Participating providers must comply with the legislative and policy requirements of the New Brunswick Drug Plans and policies related to other Government sponsored plans.
The Direct Deposit Form must also be completed if a provider is not already registered for payment purposes.
