A new publication entitled Advance Health Care Directives: A New Brunswick Guide was officially released today by Health Minister Ted Flemming. The purpose of the guide is to educate the public on legislation introduced to help people plan ahead and set out their future health care decisions. The guide was produced by the Public Legal Education and Information Services of New Brunswick (PLEIS-NB) which is a non-profit, charitable organization that seeks to educate the public about the law. The new publication is available online.
