The purpose of this Manual is to present the policies and procedures of the Insulin Pump Program (IPP) in one document.
This Manual forms part of the agreement among the Department of Health, New Brunswickers living with diabetes up to the age of 25 years and their agents, parents or guardians (if applicable), Physicians, Diabetes care teams, Regional Health Authorities and Approved Vendors to support access to insulin pump therapy. The Department of Health reserves the right to revise this Manual.
This Manual is for use by Clients/Families, Health Care Providers, Regional Health Authorities and Approved Insulin Pump Vendors and is intended to provide guidance in managing the process of providing subsidy support.
