FREDERICTON (GNB) – A licensed establishment in Bathurst has been found to be in violation of the Liquor Control Act, the Department of Public Safety announced.
On Oct. 3, adjudicator Liza A. Robichaud imposed a fine of $2,000 plus hearing costs of $1,000 on the licensee TNT Show Bar Inc. operating as TNT Show Bar, located at 345 St. Patrick Street, Bathurst.
The sanctions were imposed as a result of violations of the Liquor Control Act after the licensee offered exotic entertainment in contravention of the conditions of their entertainment licence, which permitted only the employ of musicians and singers.
