SAINT-QUENTIN (GNB) – The provincial government is providing $174,000 towards infrastructure improvements to accommodate visitors attending the annual Festival Western de Saint-Quentin.
"This investment will permit the organizers of the popular summer festival to accommodate more visitors to Saint-Quentin and the Restigouche region," said Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour Minister Martine Coulombe.
Coulombe made the announcement on behalf of Economic Development Minister Paul Robichaud.
Funding provided through the Regional Development Corporation will be used to assist in defraying the costs of infrastructure improvements to the bleacher sections, campground and a storage facility.
