Alpine skiing (Ski Wentworth)
- 10 a.m. - Men's and women’s super-combined - Michelle Levesque, Mike Byrne, Lincoln Esau, Mitchell Grimmer, Andrew McLean, Phil Soicher, Gabrielle Ouellette, Bess Teague, Mina Teague, Cathleen Trafton.

1 p.m. - Men's and women’s super-combined run 2.

Archery (Sackville High School)
- 1:30 p.m. - Individual recurve elimination (combined score), Shannon Elaine Lawson, Keith Sproul.

- 9:30 a.m. - Men’s individual compound elimination, Christopher Golden, Kim Maguire.

Boxing (Halifax Forum)
- 7 p.m. – Tony Dorion 64 kg, semi-final bout.

Cross-country skiing (Ski Martock)
- 10 a.m. – Para sit ski – Shane Dunnett, Marc LeBlanc.

- 10:20 a.m. – Para standing ski – Louis Fortin.

- 10:45 a.m.- Men’s 15 km classic Alexandre Boudreau, Maxime Lavallée, Mathieu LeBlanc, Mathieu Leclair, Philippe Levesque.
