FREDERICTON (GNB) – Volleyball NB has announced the members of the men's volleyball team that will represent New Brunswick at the Canada Summer Games.

The team members are:

●    Matt Losier of Fredericton;
●    Mitchell Scott of Quispamsis;
●    Ryan Colpitts of Fredericton;
●    Corey Ross of Fredericton;
●    Tristen Burridge of Plaster Rock;
●    Pascal McCarthy of Fredericton;
●    Dan Poirier of Baie-Sainte-Anne;
●    Robert Young of Fredericton;
●    Craig Toonders of Fredericton;
●    Zane Hamilton of Hartland;
●    Ben MacPherson of Fredericton; and
●    Nick Levesque of Fredericton.

The head coach is Geoff Maybey of Fredericton. The assistant coach is Andrew Bidlake of Moncton. The team manager is Jason Blanchard of Saint John.

Men's volleyball competitions will be held during the first week of the 2013 Canada Summer Games, to be held Aug. 2-17 in Sherbrooke, Que. The Games will bring together 4,200 athletes to compete in 20 disciplines at 20 sites. Team New Brunswick will consist of 415 athletes, coaches, managers and mission staff.
