FREDERICTON (GNB) – Nicole Smith of Fredericton, who has been involved in sport in the province for more than two decades, has been named chef de mission for Team New Brunswick for the 2017 Canada Summer Games.

“Nicole brings a wealth of experience and the inherent understanding necessary to excel in this vital position,” said Tourism, Heritage and Culture Minister Bill Fraser. “We are delighted that she will be leading our young athletes through the 2017 Games.”
