BERTRAND (GNB) – The third thrills and chills event (Journée des frissons) at the Village Historique Acadien will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25.

This day of outdoor family fun, organized by the Amis du Village Historique Acadien (friends of the Village Historique Acadien) in the spirit of Halloween, will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to see new Halloween decorations along the route. Families are also invited to dress-up in costumes.

A canteen will be open on site, but visitors can bring their own coolers and meals. The Sobeys Caraquet store will provide cookies at the Poirier Post House for the enjoyment of young and old.

Tickets are now on sale through the Billetterie Accès network. Admission is $5 per child and $6 per adult. The rain date for this activity will be Sunday, Oct. 26.
