Government of New Brunswick

The Province of New Brunswick has been made aware of the circulation of fake and fraudulent documents purported to be issued by Immigration New Brunswick. Examples of these fake and fraudulent documents being circulated include:

  • ITA (Invitation to Apply) notices
  • NBPNP (New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program) Nomination certificates
  • AIPP (Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program) Endorsement certificates
  • AIP (Atlantic Immigration Program) Endorsement certificates
  • R204(c) Letters of support for work permits

If a third party sends you any of the above documents via email, whether as PDFs or screenshot images, the documents are not authenticated.

Immigration New Brunswick DOES NOT issue any documentation by email and we CANNOT authenticate your documents by email.

The ONLY WAY to confirm the authenticity of any immigration-related documents issued by Immigration New Brunswick is by logging into your INB profile.

Ensure that you always have full access to your INB profile:

a. The best practice is to create your own profile using your own personal email address and your own password, and DO NOT share your INB login information with anyone

b. If a third party has created an account on your behalf, demand the log in information to verify the documents yourself.

IMPORTANT

If you do not have access to the email account that was used to create an INB profile, we CANNOT grant you access to that INB profile, even if the profile exists in your name.
